Terms & Conditions
Online orders
Payment for online orders will be via PayPal – an easy, secure way to pay using all major credit and debit cards.
Orders by post
If you wish to order by post please send your cheque together with your order to the address shown on our contact page and contact us so that we can reserve your purchase. Please make your cheque payable to John Pester Watercolours and allow 7 days for it to clear before dispatch.
Delivery Times
We will endeavor to dispatch items within 3 working days of order and/or receipt of payment.
Postage and Packing.
Unmounted and unframed paintings will be dispatched wrapped in acid free tissue and loosely rolled in a sturdy postal tube.
Mounted and/or framed artwork is dispatched in protective packaging within a cardboard mailer.
UK
All orders within the UK will be dispatched free of postage and packing costs.
Limited edition prints will be sent by first class mail.
Original artwork will be sent by special delivery next day (signed for).
Worldwide
Loose prints and original artwork will be dispatched free of postage and packing charges. Orders for mounted and/or framed paintings will incur charges please email us at lyn@johnpester.com for further details
Protecting your painting.
Please ensure that unframed paintings are kept protected until they are framed behind glass.
Returns
If your artwork is damaged on arrival please advise us as soon as possible and not later than 7 days of receipt. The goods should be returned to us at the address on our contact page by special delivery next day.
Where possible a replacement of your order will be sent to you within 3 working days and your postage costs will be refunded.
Refunds will only be made for goods which were damaged prior to or during delivery to the customer.
Your right to cancel
Customers may cancel an order within seven days of placing it. If goods have already been dispatched, they must be returned, in their original condition via fully insured postage. Return postage cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser. A refund cannot be made until the goods have been received by us.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the original order payment and upon receipt of undamaged items.
